GHK-Cu references

The original studies and reviews collected for this site, including the small clinical trials and the less tidy results.

Starting with the primary experiments

The collagen experiment in cultured human fibroblasts is a useful beginning for skin regeneration. The skin-layer penetration study measures copper passage and retention. For human outcomes, the post-laser skin trial and GHK-containing hair-combination trial ask quite different questions.

For formulation problems, the review of topical GHK delivery brings together the skin barrier, carriers and clinical studies. The skin-regeneration review gives the broader history. The full audited list follows, including animal experiments, cell work and the AHK-Cu analogue paper.
